A GIANT of a sign goes up in Harpenden!
3 July 2025We’re incredibly proud to share that BBC Traitors, Theo Mayne, who will be starring as the dastardly Fleshcreep in Jack and the Beanstalk this Christmas at The Eric Morecambe Centre, Harpenden, has been named a Charity Ambassador for The Brain Charity – a remarkable organisation that provides life-changing support for people affected by neurological conditions across the UK.
This is a cause close to Theo’s heart, and we’re thrilled to see him using his platform not just to entertain on stage, but also to raise awareness and make a meaningful difference off it. Well done, Theo!
Here’s what Theo had to say:
Let’s raise awareness, funds, and support for the hundreds of thousands of people navigating life with a neurological condition.”
“I’m incredibly excited to announce that I am now an official Charity Ambassador for The Brain Charity!
This amazing organisation supports people affected by over 600 neurological conditions — from brain injuries to rare diseases — and I’m honoured to be championing their work and raising awareness.
As well as supporting others, I’ll also be going on my own journey to explore whether I may be affected by a neurological condition myself — something I’ve long suspected but never properly investigated.
To kick off my first fundraiser in true dramatic fashion… I’ll be throwing myself out of a plane (yes, really) and doing a skydive! More details on how you can support this will be shared soon.
In the meantime, please take a moment to check out the incredible work The Brain Charity does at:
