Based at Bamber Leisure Centre in Lancashire, Bamber MHFC is more than just a football club. The team was created to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where men can enjoy the game while also benefiting from the positive impact football can have on mental health and wellbeing. Open to men of all abilities and backgrounds, the club focuses on teamwork, encouragement, and building confidence both on and off the pitch.

Through regular training sessions and matches, Bamber MHFC promotes fitness, friendship, and community spirit. Their commitment to creating a welcoming space where everyone feels valued and supported is what truly sets them apart.
